RxSales Careers was developed by Don Carr with over 30 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry.  This includes sales, sales operations, senior management positions and training and development.  The purpose of RxSales Careers is to help you achieve a career in pharmaceutical sales.  Don Carr spent 26 years of his career with Merck.   For over 20 years, he has helped individuals find jobs in the pharmaceutical industry.  He has worked with hundreds of individuals with one goal in mind - to help them secure or further their career in pharmceutical sales.  

Don began calling on physicians and spent over 15 years as a pharmaceutical sales representative before moving to Merck headquarters and continuing his career in management.  He spent the last 12 years of his career at Merck in charge of training and development where he trained the sales representatives.  Don reviewed thousands of resumes from individuals wanting to come to work for Merck in the 1980s and 1990s.  So you will be able to benefit from the experience of a pharmaceutical sales representative, a senior manager and a trainer with one of the largest pharmaceutical companies.
